动态心电图诊断冠心病伴心律失常的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease with Arrhythmia by Holter

目的:评价动态心电图检测方法在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称,冠心病)同时伴有心律失常患者诊断中使用的临床意义。方法:对2018年5月~2019年3月本医院诊治的50例冠心病并伴有心律失常患者开展研究,均实行动态心电图检测及常规心电图检测,分析心电图检测阳性总统计值、心电图不同指标检出情况、患者对于心电图检测情况满意总统计值。结果:动态心电图检测方法的检测阳性总统计值高于常规心电图检测方法(P<0.05);动态心电图检测方法的室性早搏早发检出例数、房性早搏早发检出例数、房室传导阻滞检出例数和常规心电图检测方法比较差异性较小(P>0.05),动态心电图检测方法的室性早搏成对检出例数、房性早搏成对检出例数、室性早搏二三联律检出例数、断阵室上速检出例数、房性早搏二三联律检出例数多于常规心电图检测方法(P<0.05);患者对于动态心电图检测情况满意总统计值相比于常规心电图检测方法得以增加(P<0.05)。结论:在冠心病同时伴有心律失常患者诊断中选择动态心电图检测方法呈现较好临床运用效果。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance of Holter in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia.Methods:Conducted research on 50 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2018 to March 2019.Holter and routine electrocardiogram tests were carried out,and the total statistical value of positive electrocardiogram tests and different ECG indicators were analyzed.The total statistical value of the detection situation and the patient’s satisfaction with the ECG detection situation.Results:The positive president count of DCG was higher than that of routine ECG(P<0.05);The number of cases of premature ventricular contraction,the number of cases of premature atrial contraction,the number of cases of atrioventricular block detected by dynamic electrocardiogram detection method and conventional electrocardiogram detection methods are relatively small(P>0.05),the number of ventricular premature beats detected in pairs,the number of ventricular premature beats detected in pairs,the number of ventricular premature beats detected in pairs,the number of detected cases of ventricular premature beats,the number of detected cases of supraventricular tachycardia,the number of detected cases of atrial premature beats with two-triple rule is more than that of conventional ECG detection methods(P<0.05);The total statistical value of patients’satisfaction with the Holter electrocardiogram detection is increased compared with the conventional electrocardiogram detection method(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia,the method of DCG has a better clinical effect.
