颈部血管彩超在缺血性脑血管病患者颈部动脉血管病变中的诊断价值分析

The Diagnostic Value of Cervical Vascular Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Cervical Artery Vascular Disease in Patients with Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

目的:探析颈部血管彩超在缺血性脑血管病患者颈部动脉血管病变中的诊断价值。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年1月本院收治的80例缺血性脑血管病患者作为研究对象,纳入到观察组,选取同期内本院的体检健康人员作为对象,纳入到对照组,选用彩超超声诊断仪对两组人员进行检查。结果:对照组内动脉粥样硬化检出率12.5%,观察组93.75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组斑块形成检出率15%,观察组斑块形成检出率92.5%,观察组高于对照组,两组进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缺血性脑血管病患者颈部动脉血管病变进行颈部血管彩超,具有较为精准的检出率,对疾病诊断具有参考价值。

Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of cervical vascular color Doppler ultrasound in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods:Select 80 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 as the research objects and enroll them in the observation group.Select the health personnel of the hospital during the same period as the subjects and enroll them.In the control group,color Doppler ultrasound was used to check the two groups of people.Results:The detection rate of atherosclerosis in the control group was 12.5% and that in the observation group was 93.75%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of plaque formation in the control group was 15%,the detection rate of plaque formation in the observation group was 92.5%,and the observation group was higher than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cervical vascular color Doppler ultrasound in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease has a relatively accurate detection rate and has reference value for disease diagnosis.
