摘要
目的:分析研讨二维超声联合四维超声用于诊断产前胎儿畸形的价值和妊娠结局。方法:随机从2016年5月~2018年12月本院收治的孕妇中抽取2568例,均接受二维超声检查胎儿全身状况,观察其内脏姿势及结构、肢体和体表状况等,针对可疑畸形者再实施四维超声检查,检查结果与引产后或分娩后状况进行比较。结果:2568例孕妇均全部随访有效,随访证实共畸形处数107处,共畸形胎儿82例。107处畸形,二维超声共检出81处畸形,检出准确率为75.70%,二维联合四维超声共检出98处,检出准确率为91.59%。结论:产前诊断胎儿畸形的基础方法为二维超声,但联合四维超声检查,可弥补二维超声所存在的缺陷,其准确率也比单一采用二维超声更高。
Objective:To analyze and study the value of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of prenatal fetal malformations and pregnancy outcome.Methods:Randomly select 2568 cases from the pregnant women admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to December 2018.All of them underwent two-dimensional ultrasound to check the fetus’s general condition,observe the visceral posture and structure,limbs and body surface conditions,etc.,for suspected malformations The patient will then undergo a four-dimensional ultrasound examination,and the results will be compared with the condition after induction or delivery.Results:All 2568 pregnant women were followed up effectively.The follow-up confirmed that there were 107 malformations and 82 malformed fetuses.Of the 107 deformities,81 deformities were detected by two-dimensional ultrasound with a detection accuracy rate of 75.70%,and 98 cases were detected by two-dimensional combined with four-dimensional ultrasound,with a detection accuracy rate of 91.59%.Conclusion:The basic method for prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformations is two-dimensional ultrasound,but combined with four-dimensional ultrasound can make up for the defects of two-dimensional ultrasound,and its accuracy rate is higher than that of using two-dimensional ultrasound alone.
