超声诊断在妇产科急腹症中的应用

Application of Ultrasound Diagnosis in Gynecological Acute Abdomen

目的:探究经腹部超声与阴道超声在妇产科急腹症中的应用价值。方法:选择2018年5月~2019年6月本院收治的120例经病理证实为妇产科急腹症的患者为研究样本,对所有患者均进行经腹部超声和经阴道检查,比较两种检查手段的诊断符合率,以及在不同病理类型方面的诊断精准性。结果:经阴道超声检查的诊断符合率为91.67%,而经腹部超声检查中被确诊为妇产科急腹症的共有86例,两项数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,在异位妊娠、胎盘植入或早剥、黄体囊肿破裂、卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转、子宫内膜异位症和流产等病理类型方面,经阴道超声检查的诊断精确性明显优于经腹部超声检查。结论:在对妇产科急腹症患者进行疾病诊断过程中,应用经阴道超声检查,诊断符合率较高,且能准确辨别患者的病理类型。

Objective:To explore the application value of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in gynecology and obstetrics acute abdomen.Methods:From May 2018 to June 2019,120 patients with gynecologic acute abdomen confirmed by pathology were selected as the study sample.All patients were examined by transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal examination.The diagnostic coincidence rate of the two examination methods and the diagnostic accuracy in different pathological types were compared.Results:The diagnostic coincidence rate of transvaginal ultrasound was 91.67%,while 86 cases of gynecologic acute abdomen were diagnosed by abdominal ultrasound.the difference between the two data was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound is significantly better than that of transabdominal ultrasound in pathological types such as ectopic pregnancy,placenta accreta or abruption,rupture of corpus luteum cyst,torsion of ovarian tumor pedicle,endometriosis and abortion.Conclusion:In the process of diagnosing acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology,transvaginal ultrasound examination has a high diagnostic coincidence rate and can accurately identify the pathological types of patients.
