彩色多普勒超声在下肢动脉血管栓塞中的诊断效果探究

Diagnostic Effect of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Lower Extremity Arterial Embolization

目的:评价将彩色多普勒超声应用在下肢动脉血管栓塞当中诊断的效果。方法:选择2018年4月~2019年9月本院收治的34例疑似下肢动脉血管栓塞患者作为研究对象,对所有患者进行彩色多普勒超声检查,结果和临床病理检验结果进行对比,评价彩色多普勒超声应用在下肢动脉血管栓塞当中的诊断价值。结果:34例患者经过临床病理诊断为下肢动脉血管栓塞33例,占97.06%;经过彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢动脉血管栓塞,诊断出30例,诊断率为90.91%,3例患者因为病变较小而未被诊出,敏感度为96.67%,特异度为75.00%,准确度为94.12%;彩色多普勒超声诊断出的30例患者,其中股浅静脉、胫后动脉、腘动脉、股总动脉分别12例、7例、6例、5例,分别占40.00%、23.33%、20.00%、16.67%;通过彩色多普勒超声诊断出的30例患者出现血管阻塞的主要原因为房颤,14例,占46.67%,此外还有冠心病12例,占40.00%,其他4例,占13.33%。结论:彩色多普勒超声对下肢动脉血管栓塞而言是一种有效的辅助诊断手段,可有效地提升诊断的总体效率,对临床医生的治疗提供了可靠的依据。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower extremity arterial embolization.Methods:34 patients with suspected lower extremity arterial vascular embolization collected from April 2018 to September 2019 in our hospital were selected as subjects.Color Doppler ultrasonography was performed on all patients.The results were compared with clinical pathological findings.The diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in lower extremity arterial embolization.Results:34 patients underwent clinical pathological diagnosis of lower extremity arterial embolization in 33 cases,accounting for 97.06%.After diagnosis of lower extremity arterial embolization by color Doppler ultrasound,30 cases were diagnosed with a diagnosis rate of 90.91%.Three patients had smaller lesions.Undiagnosed,the sensitivity was 96.67%,the specificity was 75.00%,and the accuracy was 94.12%.30 patients diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound,including superficial femoral vein,posterior tibial artery,radial artery,and total femoral The arteries were 12 cases,7 cases,6 cases,and 5 cases,accounting for 40.00%,23.33%,20.00%,and 16.67%,respectively.The main cause of vascular occlusion in 30 patients diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound was atrial fibrillation.14 cases,accounting for 46.67%,in addition to 12 cases of coronary heart disease,accounting for 40.00%,the other 4 cases,accounting for 13.33%.Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasonography is an effective diagnostic tool for lower extremity arterial embolization,which can effectively improve the overall efficiency of diagnosis and provide a reliable basis for the treatment of clinicians.
