腹腔镜手术在肾癌患者中的疗效观察及安全性研究

The Effect and Safety of Laparoscopic Surgery in Patients with Renal Cancer

目的:探讨分析腹腔镜手术在肾癌患者中的疗效观察及安全性研究。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年3月68例肾癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例,对照组给予传统手术,观察组给予腹腔镜手术,比较两组血清炎性因子水平、并发症发生情况。结果:两组手术后CRP、IL-6水平较术前均有所提高,术后24h、48h观察组CRP、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(8.82%,17.64%,P<0.05)。结论:采用腹腔镜手术治疗肾癌患者对炎症应激反应影响小,能有效降低并发症发生。

Objective:To study the effect and safety of laparoscopic surgery in renal cancer patients.Methods:From January 2018 to March 2019,68 patients with renal cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional operation and the observation group was given laparoscopic operation.The level of serum inflammatory factors and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of CRP and IL-6 in the two groups were higher than those before operation.The levels of CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 24 hours and 48 hours after operation(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(8.82%,17.64%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery for renal cancer patients has little effect on inflammatory stress response,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
