超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗年龄相关性白内障合并干眼症的观察

Observation of Phacoemulsification Combined with Intraocular Lens Implantation in the Treatment of Age-Related Cataract with Dry Eye

目的:分析对年龄相关性白内障合并干眼症的患者实施超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术进行治疗的疗效。方法:选择2017年2月~2019年4月入院接受治疗的30例年龄相关性白内障患者作为对照组,另选择同时期接诊的30例同时合并干眼症的年龄相关性白内障患者作为观察组。两组患者均接受超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术进行治疗,并对治疗效果进行比较。结果:比较治疗前后干眼症状评分、角膜荧光素染色评分、BUT,两组治疗后均有明显改变,差异有意义(P<0.05)。对比而言治疗后以上指标的改变更大,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术进行年龄相关性白内障进行治疗会影响患者的眼表以及泪膜功能,对同时合并干眼症的患者而言该影响会更大,临床应予以注意。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation on patients with age-related cataract complicated with dry eye.Methods:30 age-related cataract patients admitted to hospital from February 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the control group,and 30 age-related cataract patients with dry eye at the same time were selected as the observation group.Two groups of patients were treated by phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation,and the therapeutic effects were compared.Results:Comparing the dry eye symptom score,corneal fluorescein staining score and BUT before and after treatment,there were significant changes between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).In contrast,the above indexes changed more after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of age-related cataract will affect the ocular surface and tear film function of patients,especially for patients with dry eye,which should be paid attention to clinically.
