氦氖激光治疗汗疱疹的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of He-Ne Laser in the Treatment of Herpes Simplex Sweat

目的:观察氦氖激光治疗汗疱疹的临床效果。方法:选择2018年12月~2019年5月本院收治的60例汗疱疹患者,均分两组后对照组给予曲安奈德尿素软膏外用治疗,观察组选用该药膏治疗同时配合氦氖激光照射治疗,比较治疗速度及疗效差异。结果:观察组瘙痒及疼痛消失时间、水疱干枯时间、痊愈时间分别为(2.73±0.69)d、(1.98±0.31)d、(5.42±0.70)d;结果显示对照组显效11例、有效13例、无效6例,总有效率为80%,观察组显效19例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%(P<0.05)。结论:氦氖激光对汗疱疹的治疗速度更快,疗效更佳,更具临床应用价值。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of He-Ne laser on herpes simplex sweating.Methods:60 patients with sweat herpes admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into two groups,and then the control group was given triamcinolone urea ointment for external use.The observation group was treated with this ointment combined with He-Ne laser irradiation,and the therapeutic speed and efficacy were compared.Results:In the observation group,the time for itching and pain to disappear,the time for blister drying and recovery were(2.73±0.69)d,(1.98±0.31)d and(5.42±0.70)d,respectively.The results showed that in the control group,there were 11 cases of obvious effect,13 cases of effective effect and 6 cases of invalid effect,with a total effective rate of 80%;in the observation group,there were 19 cases of obvious effect,9 cases of effective effect and 2 cases of invalid effect,with a total effective rate of 93.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion:He-Ne laser can treat sweat herpes faster,with better curative effect and more clinical application value.
