对比尿液干化学分析仪和显微镜手工法检验尿常规的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析尿液干化学分析仪和显微镜手工法检验尿常规的检验效果。方法:将2019年1月~2019年11月于本院进行尿常规检测的患者82例的尿液样本作为观察对象,分别对样本实施尿液干化学分析仪检测及显微镜手工法检验,对比两种方法的检验阳性、阴性结果、检查符合率等。结果:尿液干化学分析仪检测法的检查符合率相比显微镜手工法检验,差异不显著(P>0.05),尿液干化学分析仪检测法的对白细胞、红细胞、尿蛋白阳性及阴性检查符合率与显微镜手工法检验相比,差异不明显(P>0.05),尿液干化学分析仪检测法的准确率等相比于显微镜手工法检验准确率等差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:尿液干化学分析仪和显微镜手工法检验尿常规的检验效果相近,可以结合两者尿常规的检验判断进行综合评估,两种检验办法均可在临床上应用。 Objective:To analyze the effect of urine dry chemical analyzer and microscope manual method to test urine routine.Method:82 cases of urine routine patients in our hospital from January 2019 to November 2019 were taken as observation objects.The patients were tested by urine dry chemistry analyzer and manual microscope method.The two methods were compared for positive,negative results,inspection compliance rate,etc.Results:The coincidence rate of the urine dry chemistry analyzer detection method was not significantly different from that of the microscope manual method(P>0.05).The urine dry chemistry analyzer detection method was positive and negative for white blood cells,red blood cells,and urine protein.The coincidence rate was not significantly different from the manual inspection by the microscope(P>0.05),and the accuracy of the urine dry chemistry analyzer was not significantly different from the manual inspection by the microscope(P>0.05).Conclusion:The test results of urine dry chemistry analyzer and microscope manual method for testing urine routine are similar.They can be combined with the judgment of urine routine test for comprehensive evaluation.Both inspection methods can be widely used in clinical practice.
