摘要
目的:提高应急医疗设备及时归还率,保证应急医疗设备处于可调配状态。方法:运用PDCA循环,找出问题的主要原因,制定相应的对策并实施。结果:经过PDCA循环整改,应急医疗设备超期率从44.26%降至10%。结论:PDCA管理工具的应用,提高了应急医疗设备及时归还率,保障了应急设备调配工作的顺利进行。
Objective:To improve the timely return rate of the emergency medical equipment.Methods:Through the application of PDCA,the prime causes of the problem were found out,and the corresponding countermeasures were formulated.Results:The overdue rate of emergency medical equipment had declined to 10% from 44.26%.Conclusion:The timely return rate of the emergency medical equipment had been improved through the application of PDCA,and guaranteed the allocation work of the emergency medical equipment on the rails.
