围术期护理干预对腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术患者术后的影响

The Influence of Perioperative Nursing Intervention on Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Cervical Cancer

目的:探讨围术期护理干预对腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术后患者的影响。方法:将2018年5月1日~2019年5月31日86例宫颈癌根治术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各43例,对照组实施常规护理干预措施,观察组在常规护理基础上实施围术期护理干预,比较两组患者术后并发症发生率、膀胱功能评分及恢复情况。结果:观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者膀胱功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术患者采取围术期护理,可有效降低患者并发症发生率,缩短术后恢复时间,提高患者生存质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the influence of perioperative nursing intervention on laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer.Methods:From May 1,2018 to May 31,2019,86 patients with cervical cancer radical prostatectomy were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention measures,and the observation group was given perioperative nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.The incidence of postoperative complications,bladder function score and recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The bladder function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,shorten postoperative recovery time,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
