摘要
目的探讨高职医学院校大学生课堂手机依赖(classroom mobile phone dependence syndrome,CMPDS)的影响因素,为采取针对性的措施提供理论依据。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取漳州市某高职医学院校698人,利用问卷进行调查,单因素和多因素Logistic回归用于分析CMPDS与各因素之间的关系。结果多因素Logistic回归分析显示,恋爱(P=0.008)、授课枯燥(P<0.001)、情绪状态不佳(P=0.002)均是CMPDS的独立危险因素;而课堂管理严格(P=0.031)、查找资料(P=0.005)、拍课件(P<0.001)、手机无流量(P=0.001)、采用信息化教学手段(P=0.003)则是CMPDS的保护性因素。结论高职医学院校大学生CMPDS的发生率较高,学校、教师、学生应共同努力降低大学生CMPDS的发生,保障良好的课堂教学氛围。
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of CMPDS in higher vocational medical college students and to provide theoretical basis for taking targeted measures.Methods:A questionnaire was adopted and 698 college students were selected from the higher vocational medical college in Zhangzhou by using the cluster sampling.Monovariant and multivariant logistic regression were used to analyze the relationship between CMPDS and various factors.Results:Logistic regression analysis found that love situation(P=0.008),boring teaching(P<0.001)and poor emotional state(P=0.002)were the risk factors of CMPDS;strict classroom management(P=0.031),information searching(P=0.005),course PPT photos taking(P<0.001),no mobile download restriction(P=0.001)and information-based teaching means(P=0.003)were the protective factors for CMPDS.Conclusion:The incidence of CMPDS in higher vocational medical college students is higher and the schools,teachers and students should work together to reduce the occurrence of college students'CMPDS and ensure a good classroom teaching atmosphere.
