摘要 为研究一种TNT基含铝熔铸装药的贮存特性,采用加速老化的方法,分别对一种TNT/HMX/AL熔铸带壳装药和裸药柱进行了加速老化试验,试验后对裸药柱进行了质量、体积及抗拉强度的测试,对带壳装药进行了CT检测及静爆试验。实验结果显示:裸药柱加速老化后,质量变小、体积轻微增大,抗拉强度降低;带壳装药老化后,装药内部没有裂纹、气孔等物理缺陷,且加速老化对装药的爆轰性能影响微小;表明该型TNT/HMX/AL熔铸炸药满足战斗部装药的长期贮存要求。 In order to study the storage characteristics of a new formula TNT-based aluminum-containing melt-cast explosive,an accelerated aging test was carried out on the warhead sample and the shell-free column loaded with TNT/HMX/AL melt-caste explosive by accelerated aging.After the test,the mass,volume and tensile strength of the shell-free column were tested,and the CT test and static explosion test were carried out on the warhead.The results show that after accelerated aging of the shell-free column,the mass becomes smaller,the volume increases slightly,and the tensile strength decreases;After the warhead accelerated aging,the internal charge did not produce physical defects such as cracks and pores,and the accelerated aging had little effect on the damage performance;the TNT/HMX/AL melt-caste explosives met the long-term storage requirements of the warhead charge.
