摘要
为了使电磁继电器在冲击载荷作用下不容易失效,分析了电磁继电器冲击动力学响应特性和电磁继电器的冲击失效模式及控制参数,得到不同的冲击失效模式对应的失效边界。通过电磁继电器临界失效冲击试验,证实了理论分析结果。研究成果可以为航天电子设备冲击损伤/失效评估与冲击环境适应性设计提供参考。
Electromagnetic relay is the basic electronic component of signal control,and failures of electromagnetic relay can be occurred easily under shock environments.Based on the shock dynamic response analysis of electromagnetic relay,the shock failure modes and control parameters were explored,then obtained the failure boundaries of different failure modes.Critical failure shock test of electromagnetic relay was developed to verify the theoretical analysis results.These findings can provide references for the shock damage/failure evaluation of aerospace electronic equipment and the environmental adaptability design of spacecraft.
