摘要
针对轻武器产品项目多、学科广、仿真任务多等特点,梳理轻武器仿真流程,提出“设计—仿真建模—并行求解—数据管理”仿真模式,基于PDM、SDM、LSF三大软件系统定制开发形成轻武器协同仿真平台,同时研究动力学、结构力学、气动力学等仿真分析规则与快速建模方法,建立轻武器专用的仿真资源库,保证仿真模型一致性。经应用验证:该模式提高了多任务仿真效率,实现了仿真数据高效的传递、继承和重用,使轻武器仿真的整个流程贯通,取得了显著效果,在轻武器行业具有重要的意义。
Aiming at the characteristics of multi-item,multi-discipline and multi-simulation tasks of small arms products,the simulation mode of“design-simulation modeling-parallel solution-data management”was raised,combing the simulation process of small arms.Based on PDM,SDM and LSF software systems,a small arms co-simulation platform was developed,at the same time we researched the dynamics,structure mechanics,gas dynamics simulation analysis rules and fast modeling method,and set up special weapons simulation resource,which guaranteed the simulation model consistency.After being tested and verified practically,it improved the efficiency of multi-tasking simulation,simulation data efficient transfer,inheritance,and reuse,and it connected the whole process of the simulation of small arms and achieved remarkable results,which is of great significance in the industry of small arms.
