摘要
提出了光敏传感检测爆炸光和可编程直流控制实时产生各种电参数的一体化测试方法。研制了光敏传感电点火头发火动态参数测试系统,具有桥丝电阻在线测量、可编程自动控制工作电流、光敏传感和快速采集爆炸光信号、测试结果数字化、多输入/多输出等特点。通过对同型号多样品、不同型号多样品的验证测试,结果表明:精确测得发火过程基本时间结构和爆炸光信号,实现了多个样品同时测试,精确地获得发火时间、电流、通电时间、点火药爆发延滞时间等多个性能参数值,验证了发火参量、爆炸光一体化测试方案可行性。光敏传感电点火头参数测试系统样机的研制,可为今后电点火头的智能制造、大数据中心建立,提供高精度数字化测试技术和测试系统。
The integrated test method of was proposed,which is to detect the explosion light with photosensitive sensor and generate various electrical parameters in real time with programmable DC control.The model machine of parameter testing system of dynamic electric match with photosensitive sensor was developed.It has the characteristics of on-line measurement of bridge wire resistance,automatic control of working current,photosensitive sensor and fast acquisition of explosive light signal,digitization of test results and multiple input/multiple output,etc.Through the verification test for multiple samples of the same model and different models,the results show that the basic time structure and explosive light signal of the ignition process can be accurately measured.It can realize simultaneous testing of multiple samples.And then,the firing time,working current,power on time,ignition delay time and other performance parameters were obtained accurately.The feasibility of the integrated test scheme of ignition parameters and explosive light was verified.The development of test system prototype can provide high-precision digital testing technology and testing system for the intelligent manufacturing of electric match and the establishment of big data center in the future.
