摘要
通过对弹体运动坐标系与靶板固定坐标系关系的分析,推导出弹体引信内三轴加速度传感器实测过载的弹体姿态计算公式。采用LS-DYNA有限元分析软件对弹体高速侵彻多层金属靶板进行了仿真分析,得到了弹体引信的实时过载数据及弹体姿态变化情况。基于仿真获得的过载数据,利用本文推导的理论公式对弹体姿态变化进行了计算,并将理论计算结果与仿真结果进行了对比分析,结果显示姿态角误差在0°到5°之间,验证了该方法的有效性。
In order to solve the problem of real-time calculation of projectile penetration attitude,by analyzing the relationship between the motion coordinate system of the projectile and the fixed coordinate system of the target,the formula for calculating the attitude of the projectile based on the measured overload of the three-axis acceleration sensor in the projectile fuze was derived.The LS-DYNA finite element analysis software was used to simulate the high-speed penetration of the projectile into the multilayer metal target plates,and the real-time overload data of the fuze and the projectile attitude change were obtained.Based on the overload data obtained by simulation,the theoretical formula proposed in this paper was used to calculate the attitude change of the projectile,and the theoretical calculation results were compared with the simulation results.The results show that the attitude angle error is between 0°and 5°.The effectiveness of this method is verified.
