四川省宜宾市翠屏区屠宰企业非洲猪瘟检测能力调查和比对

Investigation and Comparison of Detection Ability of African Swine Fever of Slaughtering Enterprises in Cuiping District,Yibin City,Sichuan Province

为了解和提升翠屏区屠宰企业非洲猪瘟检测能力,采用问卷、现场调查、现场比对的方式,对实验室基本情况开展调查,对检测人员进行培训和比对试验。翠屏区有8个B证屠宰企业,均设置非洲猪瘟自检实验室。调查结果显示,检测人员年龄结构偏中老年,以兼职和非专业人员为主;实验室未进行分区,不具备生物安全设施,存在污染的风险。比对结果显示,通过培训和检测技术的不断熟练,8家屠宰企业的检测结果总体符合率从47.5%提高67.5%,提示翠屏区屠宰企业非洲猪瘟检测实验室的检测能力得到显著提高,但实验室的生物安全水平有待加强。

In order to improve the detection ability of African swine fever of slaughtering enterprises in district of Cuiping,we trained and organized the contrast test for them,and investigated the basic situation of the laboratory by questionnaire survey and field investigation.District of Cuiping had 8 B certificate slaughter enterprises and all of them could self-testing.The survey results showed that the age structure of the testing personnels were middle-aged and elderly,mainly of them were part-time and nonprofessional personnel,there were no partition and no biosafety facilities in the laboratories,which caused the risk of pollution.The contrast test showed the overall compliance rate of the 8 slaughtering enterprises increased from 47.5%to 67.5%,through training and continuous proficiency in testing technology.Indicating that the testing capacity of the slaughtering enterprises on African swine fever testing laboratory in district of Cuiping has been significantly improved,but the biosafety level of the laboratory needs to be strengthened.
