我国奶牛业近年发展迅速,规模化和精细化饲养技术不断深入,奶牛疾病控制技术不断完善,但奶牛一些营养代谢疾病控制并不理想。奶牛产后瘫痪是奶牛常见疾病,近年我国高产奶牛产后瘫痪发病率较高。产后瘫痪发病的确切发病机理现在还不明确,产后瘫痪是由于低血钙症引起的瘫痪,主要发生在高产奶牛产后,治愈率仅有15%,对奶牛生产危害很大。该文主要论述奶牛产后瘫痪发生的病因,针对病因提出治疗方案,为奶牛产后疾病防控提供解决措施。

In recent years,the dairy industry in China has been developing rapidly with the development of large-scale and fine feeding technology and the improvement of disease control technology.Postpartum paralysis is a common disease in dairy cows.The incidence of postpartum paralysis in high-yield dairy cows in China is high in recent years.The exact pathogenesis of postpartum paralysis is still unclear.Postpartum paralysis is caused by hypocalcemia,which mainly occurs in high-yielding dairy cows.The cure rate is only 15%.This paper mainly discusses the causes of postpartum paralysis in dairy cows,and puts forward the treatment plan for the causes,so as to provide solutions for the prevention and control of postpartum diseases in dairy cows.
