抗生素的使用对控制细菌性疾病的发生,促进生猪的生长发育,提高养殖效益起到积极作用。但是,随着集约化、标准化、规模化养殖的发展,兽药和抗生素饲料添加剂的使用量随之增加,且存在盲用滥用、长期使用,由此导致猪肉产品药残超标、耐药菌传播、环境污染以及食品安全问题日益严重。生猪养殖减抗是人们对美好生活追求的现实需要,也是生猪产业转型升级健康发展的需要,“减抗”成为畜禽养殖业的新趋势。

The use of antibiotics plays an active role in controlling the occurrence of bacterial diseases,promoting the growth and development of pigs and raising the benefit of breeding.However,with the development of intensive,standardized and largescale farming,the use of veterinary drugs and antibiotic feed additives has increased,and there is blind abuse and long-term use,as a result,the drug residues of pork products exceed the standard,the spread of drug-resistant bacteria,environmental pollution and food safety problems are increasingly serious.It is a realistic need for people to pursue a better life and to upgrade and develop the pig industry healthily.Reducing resistance has become a new trend in livestock and poultry industry.
