摘要
在肉鸡饲养中,每千克体重包含150-200 g脂肪,其中85%以上的脂肪都并非动物生理需要,对饲料转化效率、胴体产量及屠宰加工均造成不良影响。肉鸡脂肪酸的合成过程大部分发生在肝脏中,因此腹脂沉积与肝脏的脂质代谢密切相关,叶酸添加可显著降低鸡前体脂肪细胞的脂质沉积。为促进肉鸡的科学养殖及叶酸合理运用,该文将对叶酸在鸡体内的转运和吸收及在肝细胞中的代谢过程进行介绍。
In broiler feeding,each kg body weight contains 150—200 g fat,more than 85%of which is not necessary for animal physiology,which has bad effect on feed conversion efficiency,carcass yield and slaughter processing.Fatty acid synthesis of broiler chickens mostly occurs in the liver,so the lipid deposition is closely related to the Lipid metabolism of the liver.In order to promote the scientific breeding of broilers and the rational use of folic acid,this paper will introduce the transportation and absorption of folic acid in chickens and its metabolism in liver cells.
