智能零售公众使用意愿与购买决策的研究——基于技术接受模型的视角 被引量:1

摘要 随着科技的进步,突飞猛进的科技与智能装置的推陈出新,带来更多的商机。线下商家将智能科技应用于服务已成为时势所趋;因此,我们以科技倾向与技术接受模型整合,探讨线下商家若将智能科技应用于公共服务时,消费者所抱持的态度、使用意愿和购买决策等各变量间的维度关系。数据收集工作主要以江苏省部分经济发达地区的代表行业的公众,通过实地调研进行问卷采样分析,最终获得有效问卷257份。研究结果发现,提出的各项假设均获得验证支持。最后,提出智能零售公众使用意愿与购买决策的建议。 With the progress of science and technology,the rapid development of science and technology and intelligent devices bring more business opportunities.It has become a trend for offline businesses to apply intelligent technology to services.Therefore,we use the integration of technology tendency and technology acceptance model to explore the dimensional relationship among the variables such as attitude,willingness to use and purchase decision of consumers when offline businesses apply intelligent technology to public services.The data collection work is mainly based on the public representatives of some economically developed areas in Jiangsu Province.Through the field survey and sampling,257 valid questionnaires are finally obtained.The results show that all the hypotheses have been verified.Finally,it puts forward suggestions on the public’s willingness to use and purchase decision.
