摘要
文章采用热解工艺利用烟草废弃物制取新型电子香烟精油。在实验室固定床热解装置上考察了不同温度下的烟叶热解油样品,采用气质联用仪对烟草废弃物热解油组分进行了定性和定量分析。结果表明,热解油组分主要包括酸类、酚类、酮类、醇类、醛类、酯类和含氮杂环类等有机化合物;在不同温度下制备的热解油中致香成分存在差异;热解制油温度控制在400℃左右,可制备出评吸效果较佳的电子烟精油。
A new type e-liquid of electronic cigarette was produced by pyrolysis of tobacco residue in order to make more rational and high value utilization of tobacco residue resources.Qualitative and quantitative analysis of bio-oil derived from tobacco residue was performed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometric(GC-MS)method.The results show that components of the bio-oil were disclosed through analyzing,which included acids,phenols,ketones,alcohols,aldehydes,esters,nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds,as such complex organic compounds.The optimum temperature of pyrolytic bio-oil derived from tobacco residue was determined to be about 400℃,the best quality e-liquid of electronic cigarette can be prepared by the bio-oil at this temperature.
