F-T煤制油/正丁醇混合燃料对电控柴油机性能的影响 被引量:2

The effects of Fischer-Tropsch diesel/n-butanol blends on a common-rail diesel engine performance

摘要 为充分发挥Fischer-Tropsch(F-T)煤制油和正丁醇的燃料性能,以F-T煤制油为基础,配制F-T煤制油/正丁醇混合燃料(F90B10),并通过柴油机台架试验研究0#柴油、F-T煤制油和F90B10对柴油机燃烧和排放性能的影响。研究结果表明:相同工况下,与燃用F-T煤制油相比,燃用F90B10时,柴油机的缸内压力峰值和放热率峰值分别增加9.3%和11.2%,滞燃期延长,CA50平均提前0.7°CA;F90B10的有效燃油消耗率比FT煤制油平均升高1.4%,有效热效率比F-T煤制油增加0.9%;与燃用F-T煤制油相比,燃用F90B10时,柴油机的NOx,CO和Soot排放量分别降低了14.5%~33.4%,5.5%~10.2%和0.1~0.17 mg/m3。在F-T煤制油中加入正丁醇能够进一步降低柴油机的排放水平,并改善F-T煤制油热效率较低的缺陷,对于提高柴油机的性能具有重要意义。 In order to make the most advantage of n-butanol and Fischer-Tropsch(F-T)diesel synthesized from coal,the research was conducted in a 4-cylinder direct-injection diesel engine fueled with 0^# diesel,F-T diesel and F-T diesel/n-butanol blends(F90B10).Meanwhile,the combustion parameters and emission characteristics of different fuels,together with brake thermal efficiency(BTE)at the engine speed of 2000 r/min were investigated.The results show that at the same working conditions,the peak in-cylinder pressure and heat release rate of F90B10 increase by 9.3%and 11.2%respectively,in addition the ignition delay is longer and the CA50 is advanced by 0.7°CA compared with F-T diesel.The F90B10 has a higher break effective fuel consumption(BSFC),which increased by 1.4%compared with F-T diesel,and the BTE has an increased by an average of 0.9%.The NO,CO and Soot emissions of F90B10 are reduced by the range of 14.5%~33.4%,5.5%-10.2%和0.1~0.17 mg/m^3 compared to F-T diesel,respectively.There is important significance for improving the diesel engine performance,the emissions are decreased further,and then the disadvantage of lower thermal efficiency is also modifed when n-butanol blends with F-T diesel.
