浅谈新型冠状病毒肺炎流行期间医院陪护人员的防护

Brief Discussion on the Protection of In-patient Support Staff During the Epidemic of COVID-19

新型冠状病毒于2019年底首发于我国武汉,具有极强感染性,对我国的社会生活和经济活动造成了重大影响。习近平总书记强调做好此次新型冠状病毒肺炎的防控于我国而言既是一次大战,也是一次大考,疫情防控是当前最重要的工作。面对这场没有硝烟的战争,医院是最前线的战场,普通病房由于防护物资缺乏、人员流动大、病房隔离效果差,存在很大的传染风险。普通病房的人员包括医务人员、患者和陪护人员,陪护人员是一个特殊的群体,由于目前护患人员配置比例尚不合理,且普通病房的患者病情多较为稳定,常需要陪护人员协助照顾患者生活起居。因此,陪护人员的防护是预防院内感染爆发的重点之一,做好陪护人员的防控对疫情的控制有着重大积极作用。

The COVID-19 was first identified in Wuhan,China at the end of 2019.The virus can be transmitted through droplets,contact,and even aerosols.It is highly infectious and has caused significant impact on China′s social life and economic activities.The General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that doing a good job in the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic is not only a big war but also a big test for our country.The epidemic prevention and control is the most important work at present.In the face of this battle without gunpowder smoke,the hospital is our front-line battlefield.Due to the unreasonable proportion of nurses and patients in ordinary wards,and the patient′s condition is stable,the in-patient support staff are often required to assist in caring for the patients.There is a great risk of infection in general wards due to lack of protective resources,large mobility,and poor isolation of wards.Therefore,the escort and protection of in-patient support staff is the focus of preventing outbreaks of nosocomial infections,and the prevention and control of in-patient support staff has a significant positive effect on the control of the epidemic.
