汽车行业绿色供应链环境绩效评价的探讨

Discussion on Environmental Performance Evaluation of Green Supply Chain in Automobile Industry

文章在充分调研汽车行业典型企业绿色供应链环境成本和环境风险的基础上,对绩效评价存在的环境问题进行分析,期望降低企业供应链各个环节中的环境风险和环境成本。通过层次分析法建立绩效评价模型,得出绩效评价指标权重,期望研究结果可为汽车行业企业对绿色供应链管理环境绩效的评价提供借鉴和参考。

Based on the full investigation of environmental costs and environmental risks in the green supply chain of typical enterprises in the automobile industry,this paper analyzed the environmental concerns existing in performance evaluation in hopes of reducing the environmental risks and environmental costs in each link of the corporate supply chain.The performance evaluation model has been established through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the weights of performance evaluation indicators have been obtained.It is expected that the research results will provide references for automobile enterprises to evaluate the environmental performance of green supply chain management.
