摘要
市场化选聘职业经理人是企业的普遍需要,也是国家的政策导向。本文基于市场机制下资源配置的视角,通过要素分析和标准化现状梳理,提出当前标准化建设工作的重点应定位于企业服务领域。目前该领域存在着用人需求不明确、“识人”不准、流程欠规范、不能有效发挥人才作用等问题。针对上述问题,相关国家标准应引导企业构建有针对性的职业经理人胜任力模型、提升人才甄选技术运用水平、规范市场化选聘流程、完善公司治理。
Market-oriented selection and employment of professional managers is not only a common need of enterprises,but also a national policy orientation.Based on the perspective of resource allocation under the market mechanism,the paper analyzes the factor and summarizes standardization status,and puts forward that the current standardization work should focus on enterprise service field.At present,there are some problems in this field,such as unclear employment demand,"inaccurate understanding of people",lack of standard procedures,and unable to effectively play the role of talents.In view of the above problems,relevant national standards should guide enterprises to build specific professional manager competency models,improve the application level of talent selection technology,standardize the market selection and employment process,and improve corporate governance.
