摘要 针对国家治理现代化与社会诚信体系建设中机构大数据有效整合的重要性,本文提出基于知识图谱方法定义机构实体,找到关联关系,进而映射到信息领域对机构大数据进行组织、处理、管理。同时给出一个具体实施机构大数据集成的系统设计,包括数据抽取,数据质量评估、机构实体识别、数据归集,通过系统支撑实施各个处理环节,最终得到一个有效聚合的机构大数据集,进而可以进行机构画像或深度挖掘。 In view of the importance of effective integration of institutional big data in the modernization of national governance and the construction of social integrity system,this paper puts forward the method based on knowledge map to define institutional entities,find the correlation relationship,and map to the information field to organize,process and manage institutional big data.At the same time,it gives a system design for implementing big data integration of institutions,including data extraction,data quality assessment,organization entity identification and data collection.Through system support,each processing link is implemented,and finally an effectively aggregated large data set of institutions is obtained,which can be used for institution portrait or in-depth mining.
