信息技术服务外包及风险控制标准化的建议

Suggestions on Outsourcing of IT Services and Standardization of Risk Control

文章介绍了信息技术服务外包的概念及特点,在此基础上分析了信息技术服务外包存在发展的原因和优势,同时也提出其动因和风险。笔者结合标准化工作,提出了从严格制定并执行组织岗位职责要求、信息技术服务外包企业级别划分、规范外包合同等5个方面建立标准规范的思考建议,以控制风险,更好发挥服务外包优势。

This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of information technology service outsourcing,analyzes the reasons and advantages of the development of information technology service outsourcing,and puts forward its motivation and risks.In combination with the standardization work,the author puts forward suggestions on developing standards and regulations from five aspects,such as strictly formulating and implementing the responsibility requirements of posts,level division of information technology service outsourcing enterprises,and standardizing the outsourcing contract,so as to control risks and give better play to the advantages of service outsourcing.
