结冰风洞云雾场校准标准初探

Preliminary Study on Calibration Standard of Cloud Field in Icing Wind Tunnel

结冰云雾场是结冰风洞的重要性能,为确保试验结果真实有效,必须建立结冰云雾场相关标准,并要求风洞校准完成后,才能进行试验研究。本文提出了云雾场参数校准指标,介绍了前向散射分光测量仪等测量仪器,给出了基础校准、中间校准和检查校准等校准类型,规范了云雾场均匀性等校准内容,分析了标准的特点与我国结冰风洞的适应性,提出我国将来制定相关标准的意见和建议。

Icing cloud is an important property of icing wind tunnel.To ensure true and valid test results,ice cloud standards must be established,and wind tunnel calibration is required to complete before the test.This paper presents the parameter calibration index of cloud field,introduces the forward scattering spectrometer and other measuring instruments,gives the calibration types of baseline calibration,interim calibration and check calibration,standardizes cloud uniformity and other calibration contents,analyzes the characteristics of the standard and its adaptability to our icing wind tunnel,and puts forward opinions and suggestions on relevant standards development in China in the future.
