血清标本溶血对生化检验结果的影响分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的:分析血清标本溶血对生化检验结果的影响。方法:随机选取2018年5月~2019年5月某院就诊患者60例,抽血前督促所有人员禁食12h。将其4ml静脉血抽取出来,分别向两支试管中注入作为标本。其中1支充分混匀后在离心机上进行10min的离心,将速率设定为3000r/min,将上清液去掉,将其设定为未溶血组;另一支自然凝固,将其设定为溶血组。采用日立全自动生化分析仪(7600-020型),应用迈瑞公司生产的试剂盒对两组试管中血清生化指标水平进行测定,然后统计分析两组患者的生化检验指标。结果:溶血组患者的血清TP、ALT、CK、LDH、AST、γ-GT、α-HBD水平均显著高于未溶血组(P<0.05),血清ALB、TBIL、DBIL、HDL、LDL、TG、TC水平之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结论:血清标本溶血对生化检验结果的准确性造成不良影响。 Objective:To analyze the effect of serum hemolysis on biochemical test results.Methods:60 patients treated in a hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly selected,and all the patients were urged to fast for 12 hours before blood sampling.4ml of venous blood was extracted and injected into two test tubes as samples.One of them was thoroughly mixed and centrifuged in a centrifuge for 10min,and the speed was set to 3000r/min,then the supernatant was removed,and the rest was set as the non-hemolytic group.The other one solidified naturally and was designated as the hemolytic group.Hitachi automatic biochemical analyzer(type 7600-020)was used to determine the serum biochemical indicators in test tubes of two groups by using the kit produced by minrui company,and then the biochemical indicators of patients in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:The serum TP,ALT,CK,LDH,AST,gamma-GT,alpha-HBD levels were significantly higher in the hemolytic group than in the non-hemolytic group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in serum ALB,TBIL,DBIL,HDL,LDL,TG,and TC levels(P>0.05).Conclusion:Serum hemolysis has bad effect on the accuracy of biochemical test results.
