不同时机行人工破膜对COOK宫颈扩张球囊引产初产妇的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Artificial Membrane Rupture at Different Timing on COOK Cervical Dilatation Balloon Induction of Primipara

目的:探讨不同时机行人工破膜对COOK宫颈扩张球囊引产初产妇的影响。方法:回顾性分析某院2015年1月~2018年12月92例行COOK宫颈扩张球囊引产的初产妇临床资料,根据人工破膜的不同时机分为A组(取球囊后直接点滴催产素后再人工破膜,45例)与B组(取球囊后先人工破膜再点滴催产素,47例),比较两组临床指标、剖宫产率及并发症。结果:A组第一产程、第二产程、剖宫产术后抗生素使用时间均短于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组剖宫产率低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:COOK宫颈扩张球囊引产初产妇采用取球囊后直接点滴催产素后再人工破膜的效果较好,可有所缩短第一产程时间,减少剖宫产率。

Objective:To explore the effect of artificial membrane rupture at different timing on COOK cervical dilatation balloon induction of labor in primipara.Methods:The clinical data of 92 cases of primiparas who were induced by COOK cervical dilatation balloon in a hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into group A(after taking the balloon,the oxytocin was injected directly,then the membrane was artificially broken,45 cases)and group B(after taking the balloon,the membrane was artificially broken,and then the oxytocin was dripped,47 cases)according to different timing of artificial membrane rupture.The clinical indicators,cesarean section rate and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The duration of antibiotics use in the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,and cesarean section in group A was shorter than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The cesarean section rate in group A was lower than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using oxytocin directly after taking the balloon and then artificially membrane rupture has a better effect on COOK cervical dilatation balloon induction of primiparous women,which can shorten the first stage of labor and reduce the rate of cesarean section.
