耳内镜下鼓膜置管术与穿刺术对慢性分泌性中耳炎的影响分析

Effect of Tympanic Membrane Catheterization and Puncture under Otoscope on Chronic Secretory Otitis Media

目的:探讨慢性分泌性中耳炎采用耳内镜下鼓膜置管术和耳内镜下穿刺术的治疗效果。方法:选取某院60例慢性分泌性中耳炎患者,收治时间为2017年5月~2019年2月,随机分为参照组和试验组。参照组慢性分泌性中耳炎患者行耳内镜下穿刺术,试验组行耳内镜下鼓膜置管术,观察两组慢性分泌性中耳炎患者治疗效果、临床指标和术后并发症情况。结果:试验组慢性分泌性中耳炎患者治疗总有效率96.67%高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组患者中耳积液时间(8.06±1.24)d、完全愈合时间(10.11±2.45)d和术后并发症发生率10.00%均低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性分泌性中耳炎应用耳内镜下鼓膜置管术治疗效果显著,可促进患者尽快康复,安全有效。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of tympanic membrane catheterization under otoscope and ear endoscope puncture on chronic secretory otitis media.Methods:60 patients with chronic secretory otitis media treated in a hospital from May 2017 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Patients in the control group underwent otoendoscopic puncture,while patients in the experimental group underwent otoendoscopic tympanic membrane catheterization.The therapeutic effect,clinical indicators and postoperative complications of two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of chronic secretory otitis media in the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of ear effusion in experimental group was(8.06±1.24)d,the time of complete healing was(10.11±2.45)d and the incidence of complications after operation was 10.00%,which were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic tympanic membrane catheterization for chronic secretory otitis media is safe and effective,which can promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible.
