角膜绷带镜对翼状胬肉术后临床症状和疼痛的影响分析

Effect of Corneal Bandage Lens on Clinical Symptoms and Pain after Pterygium Surgery

目的:探讨角膜绷带镜对翼状胬肉的临床治疗效果。方法:选取某院收治的翼状胬肉术后患者70例,收治时间为2017年7月~2018年12月,随机分为试验组与参照组各35例。试验组翼状胬肉患者术后给予佩戴角膜绷带镜,参照组患者术后则不佩戴,对比两组翼状胬肉患者术后角膜上皮愈合、疼痛及角膜规则度情况。结果:试验组翼状胬肉患者术后1d和1周角膜上皮愈合评分低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组术后2h、术后1d、术后1周疼痛评分低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组SRI、CA、SAI数值低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:角膜绷带镜可明显改善翼状胬肉术后角膜上皮愈合和角膜规则度,减轻疼痛,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of corneal bandage lenses on pterygium.Methods:70 patients with pterygium treated in a hospital from July 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group were given corneal bandage lenses after pterygium surgery,while those in the control group were not.The corneal epithelial healing,pain and corneal regularity were compared between the two groups.Results:The corneal epithelial healing scores at 1 day and 1 week after operation of pterygium patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the pain scores in the experimental group at 2 hours,1 day and 1 week after operation were also lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the SRI,CA and SAI values in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Corneal bandage lenses can not only significantly improve corneal epithelial healing and corneal regularity after pterygium surgery,but also alleviate pain,which is worthy of popularization and application.
