腰椎间盘突出症的CT影像与MRI影像的比较研究

Comparative Study of CT and MRI Images of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探讨采取CT影像技术与MRI影像技术在诊断腰椎间盘突出病症方面的功能与价值。方法:选取某院2017年2月~2019年5月期间收治的腰椎间盘突出患者共计100例,分别对患者资料进行整理分析,并采取CT影像检测与MRI影像检测,对比检测的结果以及患者病症的特征。结果:通过研究对比后发现,CT影像技术诊断的准确率为90%,MRI影像技术诊断率为92%,不存在显著差异(P>0.05),两者在信号判断方面各有倾向和优势。结论:采用CT影像分析技术以及MRI影像分析技术都能够达到腰椎间盘突出症状诊断的效果,不过其各自具有不同的优势与使用条件,将两者结合可以有效提升诊断准确率。

Objective:To explore the function and value of CT imaging and MRI imaging in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation from February 2017 to May 2019 were enrolled in this study.The patients'data were analyzed and analyzed.CT imaging and MRI imaging were performed,and the results of the tests and the patient's condition were compared.Results:Through the study and comparison,the accuracy of CT imaging diagnosis was 90%,and the diagnostic rate of MRI imaging technique was 92%.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).Both of them had their tendency and advantage in signal judgment.Conclusion:Both CT image analysis technology and MRI image analysis technology can achieve the diagnosis effect of lumbar disc herniation symptoms,but they have different advantages and working conditions.The combination of the two can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy.
