多层螺旋CT与超声诊断女性盆腔囊性肿块临床研究

Clinical Study of Multi-slice Spiral CT and Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Female Pelvic Cystic Masses

目的:研究多层螺旋CT与超声诊断女性盆腔囊性肿块临床价值。方法:选取在某院接受诊断的120例女性盆腔囊性肿块,分别给予多层螺旋CT、超声和多层螺旋CT联合超声诊断,以病理学和组织学检查为诊断金标准,比较3种诊断方式的诊断价值及疾病类型鉴别情况。结果:多层螺旋CT联合超声诊断准确率、灵敏度均高于多层螺旋CT、超声,多层螺旋CT高于超声,两两比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多层螺旋CT联合超声诊断与病理学和组织学检查基本相符,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多层螺旋CT、超声与多层螺旋CT联合超声诊断及病理学和组织学检查均存在显著差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:研究多层螺旋CT与超声诊断女性盆腔囊性肿块临床价值发现,联合诊断临床价值高于单一诊断,多层螺旋CT诊断价值高于超声诊断。

Objective:To study the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT and ultrasonography in the diagnosis of female pelvic cystic masses.Methods:120 cases of female pelvic cystic masses were selected and diagnosed in a hospital.MSCT,ultrasound and MSCT combined with ultrasound were used to diagnose the cystic masses.Pathological and histological examinations were used as the diagnostic gold standard to compare the diagnostic value of the three diagnostic methods and the differentiation of disease types.Results:The diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of MSCT combined with ultrasound were higher than that of MSCT and ultrasound,and MSCT was higher than that of ultrasound,and the pairwise comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multi-slice spiral CT combined with ultrasound diagnosis was basically consistent with the pathological and histological examination,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were significant differences in diagnosis,pathology and histology between MSCT,ultrasonography and MSCT combined ultrasonography(P<0.05).Conclusion:The study of multi-slice spiral CT and ultrasound in diagnosing female pelvic cystic mass shows that the clinical value of combined diagnosis is higher than that of single diagnosis,and the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT is higher than that of ultrasonic diagnosis.
