产后沐足包外用泡脚对产后恶露的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of External Use of Postpartum Foot Massage Bag on Postpartum Lochia

目的:探讨产后沐足包外用泡脚对产后恶露的效果。方法:将2018年8月1日~2019年6月31日某院收治的286例分娩且产后恶露患者作为研究对象,按随机数字法分成研究组与对照组各143例,对照组施以生化汤联合热水泡足治疗,研究组施以生化汤联合中药包沐足治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果及治疗前、治疗3d、治疗10d后的恶露评分、产后泌乱评分变化情况,并观察两组患者的子宫复旧情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者的恶露评分、产后泌乱评分无差异(P>0.05);治疗3d、治疗10d后,研究组的恶露评分、产后泌乱评分明显降低,并且研究组的临床总治愈率明显较高,子宫复旧率明显较高,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:产后沐足包外用泡脚对产后恶露具有显著的临床效果,不仅能够提升临床总治愈率与子宫复旧率,同时能够降低恶露评分、产后泌乱评分。

Objective:To explore the effect of external use of postpartum foot massage bag on postpartum lochia.Methods:286 patients with postpartum lochia treated in a hospital from August 1,2018 to June 31,2019 were divided into the study group(n=143)and the control group(n=143)according to the random number method.The control group was treated with biochemical decoction,and the study group was treated with the foot massage bag of traditional Chinese medicine based on the control group.The clinical therapeutic effect,scores of postpartum lochia before the treatment,and after 3 days and 10 days of treatment,changes of postpartum disorder scores,and the uterine restoration of the two groups were observed.Results:Before treatment,there was no difference in lochia scores and postpartum disorder scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 days and 10 days of treatment,the lochia scores and postpartum disorder scores in the study group were significantly decreased,and the total clinical cure rate and uterine recovery rate in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The external use of postpartum foot massage bag has a significant clinical effect on postpartum lochia,which can not only improve the total clinical cure rate and uterine recovery rate,but also reduce the scores of lochia and postpartum disorder.
