丙戊酸钠联合齐拉西酮对双相情感障碍Ⅰ型患者疗效的影响研究

Effect of Sodium Valproate Combined with Zilacetone on the Efficacy of Patients with Bipolar Disorder Type Ⅰ

目的:探讨丙戊酸钠联合齐拉西酮对双相情感障碍Ⅰ型患者疗效的影响。方法:研究资料为某院于2016年9月~2018年9月期间收治的78例双相情感障碍Ⅰ型患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各39例,对照组采用丙戊酸钠与奥氮平联合治疗,观察组采用丙戊酸钠与齐拉西酮联合治疗,评价两组疗效及认知功能改善情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为94.87%,与对照组76.92%比较明显更高(P<0.05);治疗前两组认知功能WSCT、TOH评分均偏低,且比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组认知功能WSCT、TOH评分明显改善,且与对照组比较优势明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对双相情感障碍Ⅰ型患者采用丙戊酸钠与齐拉西酮联合治疗可进一步促进症状缓解,减轻躁狂程度,并改善认知功能,治疗价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of sodium valproate combined with ziprasidone on the efficacy of patients with bipolar disorder type I.Methods:78 patients with bipolar disorder type I who were admitted to a hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium valproate combined with olanzapine,and the obserbation group was treated with sodium valproate combined with ziprasidone,then the efficacy and cognitive function improvement of the two groups were evaluated.Results:The effective rate of observation group was 94.87%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(76.92%,P<0.05).The WSCT and TOH scores of cognitive function were low before treatment in the two groups,and there was no statistical significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the WSCT and TOH scores of the observation group were significantly improved,the advantages was more significant compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of sodium valproate and ziprasidone in patients with bipolar disorder type I can further promote symptom relief,reduce mania,improve cognitive function,and has higher therapeutic value.
