消胀贴外敷神阙穴联合耳穴压丸治疗肝硬化腹水的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Ascites Due to Cirrhosis by External Application of Xiaozhangtie on Shenque Points Combined with Auricular Point Pressing Pill

目的:探究消胀贴外敷神阙穴联合耳穴压丸治疗肝硬化腹水的临床效果。方法:于2018年6月开始本实验,研究对象为某院收治的62例肝硬化腹水的患者,2019年12月结束观察。对患者进行分组处理,分组方法为数字分组法分为观察组和对照组各31例,对所有患者进行随机编号(1~62),其中单数纳入观察组采取消胀贴外敷神阙穴联合耳穴压丸治疗,双数纳入对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察对比两组患者的症状评分情况和B超指标。结果:治疗前,两组患者的少尿、腹胀、黄疸等症状的评分情况差异不大(P>0.05);经过治疗,两组患者均有改善,并且观察组的评分情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对肝硬化腹水的患者采用消胀贴外敷神阙穴联合耳穴压丸治疗,可明显改善患者的身体症状,舒缓患者病痛困扰,临床应用效果较好。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xiaozhangtie external application of Shenque point combined with auricular point pressing pill in the treatment of cirrhosis ascites.Methods:the experiment was started in June 2018.The subjects were 62 patients with cirrhosis ascites admitted to a hospital.The observation was completed in December 2019.All patients were randomly numbered(1~62),in which the single number was included in the observation group(n=31),and the external application of Xiaozhang plaster on Shenque point combined with ear point pressing pill was used;The double number was included in the control group(n=31),and the conventional western medicine was used.The symptom scores and B-ultrasonic indexes of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:Before the treatment,the scores of oliguria,abdominal distention,jaundice and other symptoms in the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).After the treatment,the two groups improved,and the scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of Xiaozhang plaster on Shenque point combined with auricular point pressing pill can significantly improve the physical symptoms of patients with cirrhosis ascites,and relieve the patients'pain,which has a good clinical effect.
