阿奇霉素与依托红霉素治疗百日咳的疗效比较

A Comparison between the Efficacy of Azithromycin and Erythromycin on Pertussis

目的:比较阿奇霉素与依托红霉素在百日咳治疗中的疗效。方法:选取某院2016年6月~2018年6月收治确诊的百日咳患者50例,随机分为两组各25例,阿奇霉素组患者使用阿奇霉素进行治疗,依托红霉素组患者给予依托红霉素进行治疗,对两组患者用药后的疗效和不良反应进行对比分析。结果:阿奇霉素组总有效率(96.00%)高于依托红霉素组(χ2=4.153,P<0.05),患者不良反应发生率(8.00%)低于依托红霉素组(χ2=11.524,P<0.05)。结论:使用阿奇霉素治疗百日咳疗效明显,且安全性高,值得在临床进行推广和应用。

Objective:To compare the efficacy of azithromycin and erythromycin in the treatment of pertussis.Methods:50 patients with pertussis diagnosed in a hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.Azithromycin group was treated with azithromycin,and erythromycin group was treated with erythromycin.The efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of azithromycin group(96.00%)was higher than that of erythromycin group(χ2=4.153,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of azithromycin group(8.00%)was lower than that of erythromycin group(χ2=11.524,P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of azithromycin in the treatment of pertussis is effective and safe,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
