急诊胸痛中心云端护理管理网的应用及价值评价

Application andValue Evaluation of Cloud Nursing Management Network in Emergency Chest Pain Center

目的:探究分析急诊胸痛中心云端护理管理网的应用效果,并对其价值进行评价。方法:选择2017年8月~2019年8月于某院急诊胸痛中心就诊的100例患者作为研究对象,将其均分成对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组则在此基础上使用云端护理管理网,观察对比两组应用干预后的效果。结果:观察组病人的急诊抢救成功率、生活质量及满意度均显著优于对照组,且再住院率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与常规护理措施对比,急诊胸痛中心云端护理管理网的应用可提高患者的抢救成功率、生活质量及满意度,利于降低再住院率,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of the cloud nursing management network in the emergency chest pain center and evaluate its value.Methods:From August 2017 to August 2019,100 patients who were treated in the emergency chest pain center of a hospital were selected as the research object,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given cloud nursing management network based on the control group.The effect of the two groups after intervention were observed and compared.Results:The emergency rescue success rate,quality of life and satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the rehospitalization rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional nursing measures,the application of cloud nursing management network in emergency chest pain center can improve the rescue success rate,quality of life and satisfaction of patients,and it is helpful to reduce the rehospitalization rate,which is worthy of popularization and application.
