药师干预下取消对热毒宁注射剂与西药联用冲管的安全性评价

The Safety Evaluation of Eliminating the Flushing of Combination of Retuning Injection and Western Medicine under Pharmacist Intervention

目的:探讨在某院使用热毒宁注射液与其他西药联合应用前不冲管对输液不良反应发生的影响。方法:实验组选取儿科门诊2018年1~9月共3657例次使用热毒宁注射液与其他西药联合应用未实行冲管的病例,对照组为2017年1~9月儿科门诊使用热毒宁注射液与其他西药联合应用时实行冲管的4253例病例,比较两组输液不良反应的总体发生率、各器官系统的临床表现以及医生、护士的满意度。结果:实验组一般不良反应的发生率为0.63%,对照组为0.63%,差异无统计学意义(P=0.937);严重不良反应的发生率分别为0.027%和0.023%,差异无统计学意义(P=0.915)。结论:在热毒宁注射液与西药联用冲管对输液不良反应的发生率无统计学意义,不必要的冲管会增加患者的输液量,延长患者输液时间,增加患者输液费用,增加护士以及医生的工作负担。

Objective:To explore the effect of the nonflush tube on the adverse reaction of infusion before the combined application of Reduning Injection and other western drugs.Methods:The experimental group:A total of 3,657 cases of patients who were treated with Reduning injection and other western medicines without flushing in the pediatric clinic from January 2018 to September 2018 were selected.In the control group,4253 cases were treated with Reduning injection and other western medicines with the washpipe from January 2017 to September 2017 were selected.The the overall incidence of adverse reactions,the clinical manifestations of each organ system and the satisfaction of doctors and nurses were compared.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions was 0.63%in the experimental group and 0.63%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.937).The incidence of severe adverse reactions was 0.027%and 0.023%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.915).Conclusion:There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions to the infusion caused by the combined application of Reduning injection with western medicine.Unnecessary flushing would increase the infusion volume of patients,extend the infusion time of patients,increase the infusion cost of patients,and increase the workload of nurses and doctors.
