健康管理对慢性乙型肝炎患者生存质量的影响

Effect of Health Management on Quality of Life of Chronic Hepatitis B Patients

目的:探讨健康管理对慢性乙型肝炎患者生存质量(QOL)的影响。方法:按随机数字表法,将某院肝病门诊就诊的慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者随机分为健康管理组(观察组)和一般教育组(对照组),进行6个月的随访管理,采用慢性肝病量表(CLDQ)和健康状况问卷(SF-36),对患者的QOL进行评估,比较两组患者QOL的差异。结果:观察组CLDQ的全身症状、情感功能、焦虑得分优于对照组(P<0.01);SF-36的生理机能、健康状况、精力、社会功能、精神健康得分比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康管理能改善CLDQ的情感功能、焦虑以及SF-36的健康状况、精力、社会功能、精神健康得分,提高患者QOL,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of health management on quality of life(QOL)of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods: According to random number table method,the patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) in a hospital were randomly divided into health management group (observation group) and general education group (control group). The QOL of the patients was evaluated by the chronic liver disease scale (CLDQ) and the health status questionnaire (SF-36) after 6 months of health management,then the difference of QOL in the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of systemic symptoms, emotional function,and anxiety in the observation group were better than those of the control group( P <0.01).The scores of SF-36 physiological function,health status,energy,social function and mental health were better than those of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Health management can improve the emotional function and anxiety of CLDQ and improve SF-36 health status,energy,social function and mental health scores,which can improve patients' QOL, and is worthy of promotion.
