摘要
目的:对36例身材矮小症住院患儿的临床数据进行回顾性分析,探究儿童身材矮小与青春期激素及BMI之间的相关性,为临床诊断提供参考依据。方法:收集某院近3年36例身材矮小患儿的临床资料将其作为研究组,并选取同期36例发育正常的儿童作为参照组,比较两组儿童的青春期激素以及BMI水平。结果:36例身材矮小症患儿中,与参照组相比,研究组患儿的生长激素(GH)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)等相对较低,BMI指数也相对较低。结论:儿童身材矮小症病因较多,以生长激素缺乏为主,与青春期激素及BMI水平息息相关。对身材矮小症患儿,应完善相关辅助检查,避免误诊,做到早发现早治疗。
Objective:To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 36 children with short stature,and to explore the correlation between children's short stature and adolescent hormone and BMI,and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis.Methods:The clinical data of 36 children with short stature in a hospital in the past 3 years were collected and selected as the study group.36 children with normal development at the same time in a hospital were selected as reference group.The adolescent hormone and BMI levels of the two groups were compared.Results:Among the 36 children with short stature,the growth hormone(GH)and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)of the study group were relatively lower compared with the reference group,and the BMI index was also relatively lower.Conclusion:Children with short stature have more causes,mainly growth hormone deficiency,and are closely related to adolescent hormone and BMI levels.For children with short stature,the relevant auxiliary examination should be improved to avoid misdiagnosis and achieve early detection and early treatment.
