山西省矿山环境恢复治理年度监测与分析 被引量:8

摘要 山西省是我国的能源大省,为我国的经济建设做出了巨大的贡献,同时经过多年的矿山开发,也给环境带来了极大的破坏,生态环境变得越脆弱,因此矿山环境恢复治理迫在眉睫。在国家生态文明建设的进程中,山西省的矿山生态环境修复治理投入了大量的人力和财力,使得山西省的矿山环境恢复治理取得了一系列成效,生态环境得到有效改善。本项目通过遥感技术,利用2017—2018年度的卫星遥感影像,对山西省2017—2018年度新增的矿山环境恢复治理状况进行遥感监测,同时分析了不同矿种的新增恢复治理状况的空间分布特征及恢复治理后土地类型,并结合矿山环境恢复治理的现状,为后续的矿山环境生态修复提出了相关的治理建议,为矿政管理部门提供了可靠的决策依据。 Shanxi Province is a major energy province in China,which has made great contributions to the economic construction of China.At the same time,after years of mining development,it has brought great damage to the environment,and the ecological environment has become more and more fragile.Therefore,it is imminent to realize the restoration and management of mining environment.In the process of national ecological civilization construction,a large amount of manpower and financial resources have been invested in mine ecological environment restoration and management in Shanxi Province,so that a series of achievements in mine environmental restoration and management has been made in Shanxi Province and the ecological environment has been effectively improved.In this article,through remote sensing technology,and with the use of 2017 and 2018 annual remote sensing image,remote sensing monitoring on the situation of the new mine environmental recovery governance from 2017 to 2018 in Shanxi Province was carried out.At the same time,the spatial distribution of different types of new minerals recovery governance characteristics and the land type after recovery treatment were analyzed.Combined with the present situation of the mine environmental recovery governance,some proposals concerning the governance for subsequent mine environmental ecological restoration were put forward.It also provides a reference for ecological restoration of the mine environmental administration department.
