企业专利标准化形成的影响因素与对策分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors and Countermeasures for the Formation of Enterprise Patent Standardization

企业是专利标准化的主体,企业专利标准化是一个动态复杂过程,也是企业抢占市场份额,赢得先机的重要举措。为提高中国企业专利标准化能力,本文首先介绍专利标准化、专利联盟、标准必要专利等概念,然后基于企业环境理论,从政治、经济、技术、法律、企业自身等方面分析了企业专利标准化的影响因素,最后给出相应的对策建议。企业专利标准化受多因素影响,相应地,企业可以采用制定专利标准化战略、进行技术创新、加入或组建专利联盟、利用市场和政策优势等对策改进自己的专利标准化能力。

Enterprises are the main body of patent standardization.Patent standardization is a dynamic and complex process,and also an important measure for companies to seize market share and opportunities.In order to improve the patent standardization capabilities of Chinese enterprises,the concepts of patent standardization,patent alliances,and standard-essential patents are first introduced.Then,based on the theory of corporate environment,the influencing factors of corporate patent standardization are analyzed from the aspects of politics,economy,technology,law,and the company itself.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given.Enterprise patent standardization is affected by many factors.Accordingly,companies can adopt strategies such as formulating patent standardization strategies,technological innovation,joining or forming patent alliances,and using market and policy advantages to improve their patent standardization capabilities.
