测量设备的全流程标准化管控研究

Research on the Whole Process Standardization Management and Control of Measuring Equipment

GB/T 19001-2016标准第7.1节是对“资源”的要求,7.1.1节“总则”提到“组织应确定并提供所需的资源,以建立、实施、保持和持续改进质量管理体系”。监视和测量资源是资源的主要组成部分之一,是验证产品和服务是否符合要求的重要手段,测量设备又是监视和测量资源的重中之重,如何对其实施管控是各类组织关心的问题。本文分析了标准对测量设备的要求,归纳了测量设备管控过程中经常出现的问题,结合工作实际给出了如何加强测量设备管控的思路。

The Section 7.1 of the GB/T 19001-2016 standard is the requirement for“resources”.According to the Section 7.1.1“general provisions”,“organization shall identify and provide resources to establish,implement,maintain and continuously improve the quality management system”.Monitoring and measuring resources are one of the main components and an important means to verify whether products and services meet requirements.As measuring equipment is essential in monitoring and measuring resources,how to control it becomes the concern of all kinds of organizations.This paper analyzes the requirements for measuring equipment in the standard,summarizes the problems that often occur in the process of measuring equipment management and control,and gives suggestions on how to strengthen the management and control of measuring equipment based on the actual work.
