导入社会化服务 建设安全生产长效机制

Research on the Construction of Long-term Safety Production Mechanism with the Introduction of Socialized Services

安全生产是事关企业生存发展、人民幸福安康、社会长治久安的头等大事。笔者建议,由政府引导、第三方参与,导入社会化服务,构建政府、企业、社会“三位一体”的安全生产管理模式,帮助企业开展系统化的安全管理,建设安全生产长效机制,从根本上提高企业的安全生产管理能力和本质安全水平,防范安全风险,有效遏制安全生产事故。

Safe production is the top priority for the survival and development of enterprises,the well-being of the people and the long-term peace and stability of the society.This paper puts forward the suggestion that with a trinity of government,enterprises and society,the construction of safety production management model guided by the government and involved by the third party with the import of socialized service helps enterprises to carry out the systematic safety management,build long-term effective mechanism of safety production,fundamentally improve the safety production of enterprises management ability and intrinsically safe level,and prevent security risks and production accidents effectively.
