人民调解标准化试点工作研究——以上虞区为例

Research on the Pilot Work of Standardization on People's Mediation——Taking Shangyu District as an Example

标准是国民经济和社会发展的基础,是国家治理体系建设的重要支撑。当前,越来越多的政府公共服务引入了标准化管理思维,人民调解工作作为国家治理体系的重要组成部分,在化解社会矛盾、维护社会稳定方面发挥着极其重要的作用。为改变人民调解工作制度建设不完善、人民调解队伍建设及人民调解服务不规范等问题,推进人民调解工作与“标准化+”相结合,绍兴市上虞区开展了人民调解服务标准化试点项目,为人民调解提供了新形势下新的发展方向与思路。

Standards are the basic systems for national economic and social development and the important support for the construction of national governance system.At present,more and more government public services have introduced standardization management mode.As an important part of the national governance system,people’s mediation plays an extremely important role in resolving social conflicts and maintaining social stability.In order to change the imperfect system construction,inadequate talent construction,and nonstandard services of people’s mediation,and promote the combination of people’s mediation work with standardization+,Shangyu District of Shaoxing City has launched a pilot project of standardization on people’s mediation services,providing new directions and ideas for the development of people’s mediation in the new situation.
