清达颗粒治疗肝火亢盛型1级高血压临床观察

Clinical observation of Qingda granule on hypertension 1 of liver-fire exuberance syndrome

目的:观察清达颗粒治疗肝火亢盛型1级高血压的临床疗效。方法:将入选的90例病例按随机均分原则分为两组各45例,对照组予生活方式干预治疗,治疗组在生活方式干预治疗的基础上加服清达颗粒。疗程14天。观察两组的症状、血压疗效,血浆肾素(PRA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、螺内酯(ALD)水平,24 h收缩压变异系数(24 h SBP-cv)、24 h舒张压变异系数(24 h DBP-cv)、平均NN间期(SDNN)、RR间期平均标准差(SDANN)、相邻NN间期差的均方根(rMSSD)的变化。结果:临床症状疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为100.0%,对照组总有效率为44.4%,两组有统计学差异(P﹤0.05);血压参数比较,治疗组总有效率为100.0%,对照组总有效率为53.3%,两组有统计学差异(P﹤0.05);治疗组PRA、AngⅡ、ALD降低更显著,两组有统计学差异(P﹤0.05);治疗组24 h SBP-cv、24 h DBP-cv更显著降低、SDNN、SDANN、rMSSD更显著升高,两组有统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。结论:清达颗粒能较好的缓解肝火亢盛型1级高血压患者症状,控制血压,抑制RAS活性,改善BPV、HRV。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingda granule on hypertension 1 of liver-fire exuberance syndrome.Methods:90 cases of selected patients were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated by lifestyle intervention,while the treatment group was treated plus with oral Qingda granule on the basis of lifestyle intervention.The course of treatment was 14 days.The efficacy on symptom and blood pressure as well as the effect on indexes such as plasma renin activity(PRA),angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ),aldactone(ALD),24 h systolic blood pressure coefficient of variation(24 h SBP-cv),24 h diastolic blood pressure coefficient of variation(24 h DBP-cv),standard deviation of NN intervals(SDNN),standard diviation average of RR intervals(SDANN)and rootmean-square of standard deviation of adjacent NN intervals(rMSSD)were observed.Results:Compared the efficacy of clinical symptoms between two groups,the total effective rate was 100.0%in treatment group and 44.4%in control group,and there was a significant difference between two groups(P﹤0.05).Compared parameters of blood pressure between two groups,the total effective rate was 100.0%in treatment group and 53.3%in control group,there was a significant difference between two groups(P﹤0.05).PRA,AngⅡ,and ALD decreased more significantly in the treatment group,and there was a significant difference between two groups(P﹤0.05).In the treatment group,24 h SBPcv and 24 h DBP-cv decreased more significantly;SDNN,SDANN and rMSSD increased more significantly;there was a significant difference between two groups(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Qingda granule can more significantly relieve the symptoms of patients with hypertension 1 of liver-fire exuberance syndrome,control blood pressure,inhibit RAS activity,and improve BPV and HRV.
